Within the scope of our activities, personal data may be processed in the categories of identity, contact, customer transaction, request / complaint, transaction security and (with explicit consent) marketing data.

Data may be collected wholly or partly by automated means through web forms, phone / WhatsApp / email correspondence, in-person survey meetings and automatic system records.

- Request correction if processed incompletely or incorrectly
- Request deletion or destruction under KVKK Art. 7

- Object to a result against you arising from analysis solely by automated systems
- Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing

Your applications are concluded as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, within the framework of the KVKK and the relevant regulation.
